PRS Health Systems, operated by PRS Health Corp., provides contracted services to healthcare organizations and surgical practices.

Cancellation of Contracted Services

The cancellation or termination of PRS Health Systems services is governed by the service agreement between PRS and the contracting organization.

Contracting organizations wishing to cancel or terminate services should follow the notice and termination requirements contained in their agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement, charges for services performed, earned, or incurred before the effective termination date remain payable.

Individual Programs or Services

When an organization purchases a specific program, implementation, or other defined service, cancellation terms may be included in the applicable proposal, order, or service agreement.

Those terms will control when applicable.

Questions About Cancellation

Organizations considering cancellation are encouraged to contact PRS so that we can review their account, remaining obligations, and effective termination date.

Contract Terms Control

If this Cancellation Policy conflicts with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control.
