PRS Health Systems, operated by PRS Health Corp., provides contracted healthcare support, patient recovery coordination, and related services to healthcare organizations and surgical practices.
Billing
Healthcare organizations contract directly with PRS Health Systems.
Fees, payment schedules, billing arrangements, and service terms are established in the applicable service agreement between PRS and the contracting organization.
Depending on the agreement, charges may include implementation fees, program fees, per-patient fees, coordination fees, or other contracted service fees.
Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable service agreement, payments for services that have already been provided or earned are non-refundable.
Any refund request will be reviewed according to the applicable service agreement and the circumstances surrounding the request.
If PRS approves a refund, the refund will generally be returned to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Processing times after a refund is issued may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Billing Disputes
Unless a different timeframe is established in the applicable service agreement, billing discrepancies should be reported to PRS within 30 days of the applicable charge or invoice.
PRS will review the applicable account, agreement, invoice, payment records, and services provided.
Contracting organizations are encouraged to contact PRS directly regarding billing concerns before initiating a dispute through a bank or payment processor.
Contract Terms
If this policy conflicts with the refund or payment provisions of a signed agreement between PRS and a contracting organization, the signed agreement will control.
